Caro Siegl is a visual artist and fashion photographer based in Berlin.

Aesthetically and narratively drawing inspiration from central European folklore and the Classical era,
her work explores the raw human form, nature itself, and the tension and harmonies that the combined
sources catalyse.

Caro’s photography and video work often uses nature as a stage. Keeping the compositions minimal,
the focus lies on creating theatrical scenes where archetypes become a way of exploring heritage and identity.

Her work has been exhibited in various venues and festivals around the world such as
Kunsthaus Bethanien, Berlin, Kühlhaus, Berlin, off_festival Bratislava,
Ars Electronica Festival, Linz and decompressed gallery, Miami.
